Introduction


Let me start by telling you why this blog is being created. The first reason is that I want to help anyone beginning their journey into the world of gluten free with my experiences, trials and errors, and be a support for you as it can be overwhelming in the beginning. Secondly, I'd like to help keep us informed on what is fact, fiction, and up & coming. Lastly, so that I can look back and remember tips and restaurants too. Gluten free is ever changing and it can be hard to keep up with who does what, where can you eat, and what products are still ok to have. I wanted a place that anyone could go to and see restaurant advice, recipes, tips and trick that will make life a little easier. Bare with me though, this will be a work in progress to start with. So much to come!
