Le Peep

So, for my first restaurant on this blog, I decided to start with breakfast! We went to Le Peeps this morning and I got my usual Gluten free waffle combo. I have to say, this is the best waffle I've ever had and I'm not a waffle fan! Now if you go to the website, there is not any mention of gluten free options, but they do have them. Depending on which one you go to they may or may no have a separate menu or list when you get there. In Colorado, I believe they had a list for me when I went there, but in Overland Park, KS, they do not. Not to worry though, the staff is very helpful and has never made me wonder if I was going to regret eating there later. This restaurant has become one of my favorites as they serve Gluten free waffles or pancakes, gluten free bread, and most things on the menu can be had, minus the obvious things that are breaded or made with regular flour. They are not too badly priced, $20-$30 for the two of us, but if you go during prime time, I recommend you call ahead or you will get stuck waiting.
